This two-bedroom home has a spacious kitchen, jack and jill style bathroom as well as a large living room. The front porch allows for morning coffee or evening sunset enjoyment. There is a large fenced-in yard and an amazing shed/shop in the backyard as well. Application fee: $35 per application. Each resident over the age of 18 years old must submit a separate rental application. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
