Quality Control Outbound Auditor - 1st Shift

OverviewThe Auditor position is primarily responsible for the accurate and efficient handling and counting of merchandise.
This position collects and analyzes data to ensure accuracy and corrects data and/or merchandise if an error is identified.
The Auditor will also record required information on labels and products as well as key data into warehouse management system, spreadsheets and databases.

o Physically check a percentage of all palletized incoming merchandiseo Accurately count merchandise following predetermined procedures and methods.
o Review case label information and verify contents by item, picks per case, etco Enter data into WMOS, databases, and spreadsheets accurately as well as make necessary adjustments and corrections.
o Review printouts of inventory data and prepare required forms per SOP.
o Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
o Ability to read, write, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
o Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
o Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
o All other duties as assigned QualificationsPhysical Demands:

o Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours.
Hours usually include weekends, evenings and holidays in conjunction with labor regulations.
o Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
o While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods.
o Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and moving weights of 0-25 pounds constantly and 25-40 pounds occasionally and over 40 pounds seldomly with or without assistance as needed.
o Ability to move up to 40 pounds at least 25 feet in distance occasionally with assistance as needed.
o Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
